TRAKKA SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES THE NEXT STEPS IN SHAPING ITS GLOBAL LOGISTIC SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR ENHANCED AND FOCUSSED SUPPORT TO ITS RAPIDLY EXPANDING WORLDWIDE CUSTOMER BASE

Moorabbin, Aust – Trakka Systems has appointed Dave Cady to the newly created role of Global Logistic Support Manager with effect from January 2017. Dave transitions out of his full-time business development role in the company though will retain responsibility for sales in eastern North America. Dave brings a wealth of experience to his new responsibility, having been customer support manager at Gyrocam for 8 years. Dave’s responsibility will be to manage global logistic support, in particular the relationships with OEMs, integrators and other key accounts on this level. Actual product support will continue to be done by Trakka service staff based out of Australia, Sweden and NM, USA.

In addition, Trakka is pleased to announce that it has expanded its footprint of local service centre partners internationally, with the addition of the following partners all qualified to provide EASA Part145 service – ESG (Germany), LEAT (Italy), Air Support (France), AAIC (New Jersey, USA), in addition to Trakka’s own FAA-approved service centre at Albuquerque NM, USA currently awaiting final approval for EASA-dual release.
