TRAKKA SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES TRAKKACAM SWE-400 QUAD DELIVERY TO HELOAI

Arla, Sweden – Trakka Systems is pleased to announce that it has delivered the TrakkaCam SWE-400 QUAD utility inspection system to HeloAir in Richmond, Virginia. HeloAir provides routine helicopter patrols for transmission and distribution lines throughout the southeast of the United States.

Having the Laser Range Finder (LRF) provides an accurate location of the actual image and not the location of the helicopter when the image is taken. The TrakkaCam SWE-400 QUAD offers four, multi-spectral cameras; the highest resolution radiometric thermal imager available on the market today for precise temperature measurements of hotspots; a solar-blind UV camera for the detection of Corona discharges in full daylight; a high definition video camera and a super resolution photo camera. The embedded IMU/INS and laser range finder solution provide accurate geo-location of customers’ assets.
